Specialising in open die forging, Abbey Forged Products have a large range of open-die hammers and a Ring Roller, capable of manufacturing a full and very extensive range of sizes and material grades.

We manufacture bespoke forgings exclusively, and focussing on speedy turnaround has positioned Abbey at the helm of the industry.

As a Company we have striven throughout our history to meet extraordinary demands, and it is now second nature to us.

Abbey have perfected forging practices that enhance the material’s natural properties, so they can be used in the most demanding environments.

 

The skill and capabilities of our operatives have been honed over 40 plus years, and we are naturally very proud to display this talent, which has been so very hard earned.

Our sales, quality and technical personnel are very experienced and knowledgeable, who can and will provide all the necessary input to achieve our customers stated objectives.

A detailed plan and time frame will be provided for every project, and the forging method, heat treatment etc. will all be maximised for the best possible outcome. Production personnel keep customers closely informed of their products progress through its various stages, limiting any likelihood of unpleasant surprises.

We also provide a hire-work facility, where customers can be supplied with the possibility of having their own material forged, heat treated and possibly tested if required. We treat this offering with great respect, and can also provide an express service.
